Vitamins

Does anyone else give their kiddo a daily multivitamin? My 3.5 year old is in preschool 2 days a week and is getting sick literally every other week. I thought maybe flintstone vitamins could help boost her immune system. It says 2-3 year olds take 1/2 daily but I’m wondering if she can have a full one? Her doctor said to dose her for Motrin and other meds “as a 4 year old” and I could always call and ask about the vitamins as well I’m just curious what anyone else does for their kiddo. And any advice on how to avoid getting sick so much? Also have a 6 week old at home and he’s already been sick twice :(

How long has your child been in school? It takes some time for their immune system to adjust

I’ve been giving my 3 yr old those flintstones gummy vitamins along with the immune vitamins as well. I started when he was 2 1/2 yrs old but with the immune vitamin when he was 3. My son hasn’t been sick only once. As well as my older kids haven’t either.

@Anna since September and she’s been sick probably a dozen times 😭

@Vanessa what kind of immune vitamin is it?

@Remmey I get the smurfs immunity..though it works for me even though gummies must not be the healthiest.
