Baby not saying words
My baby says all the baba, dada, gaga, mama sounds, makes lots of noises etc but he doesn’t say any actual words yet. I name objects all the time - real objects and in his books, I talk to him all the time and always have done. I get the sense he understands lots of words like if I say ‘where’s the ….’ he’ll often look at the thing I’m saying but he doesn’t actually say words.
How do I help him with this?!

Mine says "uh ohhh" but that's it!
We are the same… I had HV yesterday & it was really reassuring, she said she was comprehending what I was saying, ‘where’s Teddy’ looked ‘give Teddy a kiss’ ‘bring mama Teddy’ so understanding language! They’ll get there! Lots of chatting, reading, singing ♥️🥰 Xxxx
