Hello, I was induced at 33+4 because one of my twins stopped growing, I had my c-section yesterday and my twins are perfectly fine in Nicu. They said they will probably stay for 2-4 weeks, God’s in control. I think everything will go well. Trust and have faith! Pray! I will be praying for your and your twins.
@Jade im 12+4!
@Thanh oh amazing! Congratulations 🥳
37w3d dcda twins. No NICU. Now aged 2 and all good.
Mine were born at 36w1d and needed zero nicu time 🫶🏻 they're almost 2 now and have hit every milestone early even though they were considered preemies
Delivered my boys at 30+3 and they spent 2 and a half months in the NICU. I had severe preeclampsia and cholestasis. I went into organ failure and I couldn’t wait any longer to deliver. My twins are 5 months now and are ahead in every developmental milestone!! They will most likely need head shaping helmets at 6 months though.
I had my twins at 35+5, spontaneous labour due to having covid 🤷🏼♀️ No time in NICU but we went on to the Transitional Care Ward for 10 days. The girls were in incubators to help regulate their temps, they had feeding tubes for formula top ups and one twin had 12 hours under the uv light for jaundice. My smaller twin had her feeding tube removed before we left hospital and my bigger twin had it in for 24 hours at home 🥰 They're absolutely perfect and no other issues, they are 16 months now 🥹 x
I haven't had multiples but my mum did and they were born at 36+5 and no nicu required
Mine born at 34weeks 5 days, 10 days in transitional ward to help with weight, feeding and temp but no additional needs. One was born at 1.7kg but due to steroid shots even being small didn’t require any cpap. Good luck with your pregnancy!
Planned c section at 37 weeks, 6lb 2oz and 6lb 10oz, I declined steroids, home the following day, they’re now 6 months and hitting milestones 🩵🩵
This is exactly what happened to me at 32 weeks, I had the same meds and went on bed rest with a mix at home and in hospital and we made it to the planned section date at 36 week! It was the longest and scariest 4 weeks of my life. I had added complications of low lying placenta and one twin was footling breech. Once born we were home within 24hrs, no NICU time. Girls are now 11 months and thriving. Happy for you to message me if helpful, I know how frightening it can be being “on the edge” waiting for so long. ❤️
i’m having twins and as long as they bake til about 36 weeks or as close as you can they will be fine it’s twins that’s born before 35 weeks that may or may not be a issues (coming from a OB MA)🤍
36+2 vaginally, no complications, no nicu time They are now 18 months old
Hey! I had a high risk pregnancy (TTTS) & I was 33+3 also bc one of my babies stopped growing, both heads where down but they decided c-section bc it was less stressful on the babies. My bigger guy (1710g) was in the NICU for 4 wks and my little man (970g) was there for 2.5 months. Both home, healthy & hitting every milestone . Little man is catching up to his brother, I’m happy with that! 🙏🏼😊 Good luck with the rest of your pregnancy!

I had am emergency c section at 34.1. Severe pre-eclampsia, cholestasis and organ failure just like one of the ladies above. My girls stayed in the NICU for 26 days and are now almost 3 years old and have always hit all the milestones!
