You can use cows milk in food.
This is so confusing So in cooking I can use cows milk But he can’t drink cows milk yet
Yes as an ingredient is fine but not as a drink :)
Mix some lemon with mayo, perfect to accompany fish 😍
To note, cows milk is okay to drink but should not be used as a replacement to his usual breast milk or formula as it lacks the nutrients he needs before 12 months old. It always confused me as well xx
