Baby yoga or Pilates?

can anyone recommend any baby yoga or Pilates or similar in MK? Really struggling to find somewhere … thanks! X

I was trying to find something for a while and I couldn't. Finally I found SPACE WITHIN WELLBEING STUDIO in Astwood. Really nice spot not in MK tho.

@Danielle I can only see pregnancy on their website rather than post-pregnancy with baby yoga! But will keep an eye out incase I am missing it hahah

I was also checking in Stony Stratford and Sarah Baby Yoga, but in Stony Stratford they told me that they were full till January ( it was in December maybe something change) and Sarah said that she dosnt have baby yoga anymore :/

@Mollie ahh fair enough, when I went pregnancy yoga in sept/oct she said she was organising baby yoga, maybe she hasn’t set it up yet.

Oh no, I was also really hoping to go to Sarah’s baby yoga when my baby’s arrived in April! Maybe if enough of us email her saying we’d love to do it, there’s a chance she may restart…?!
