Jet lag messed up our schedule

Hi I have a 2 year old and a 1 year old , both sleeping through the night and would wake at 5:30 am . But we went to India for two months and their sleep schedule is messed up , now they are waking up at 3:30 am . I can’t push their bed time by much because they are already too sleepy by 7 pm . And if I let them nap too much during the day , then they will have issues sleeping at night . Looking for any help !

Try and keep them in a dark environment at ‘night’ until desired wake up time, and don’t stimulate them too much. Maybe do an extra but short bridging nap to get them to bedtime, but limit day sleep. It can take a day per hour of time difference to adjust but because you were awake for a few months, it will probably take a weeks to get back on track. Good luck!
