@Elizabeth you’re right.. I just know he’s going to try and bring me down about it later on. Basically saying that I chose my friends over him.. but it’s like well at least my friends knows how to plan ahead!🤷🏽♀️
"Ya snooze ya loose." 😴🤣 Go have fun and don't feel bad. Also, why don't he just cook a nice meal and make dessert & you two can eat and watch a romcom at home? I mean, that sounds awesome, right?!
Honestly it sounds like he just doesn’t get that it’s important. You’re not wrong for not cancelling the plans you already have the day AFTER Valentine’s Day just because he hasn’t sorted something out for the day. I’d personally just sit down and tell him to put a reminder in his phone for the 2 weeks before Valentine’s Day next year and be clear with what you expect him to do. If he messes it up next year he can’t say he didn’t know, or he didn’t realise it was important to you.
Guys really need to take more initiative when it comes to their SO. It's not your fault. It's his!
@Keisha Valdez yesss that sounds great! But he doesn’t know how to cook😩🤦🏽♀️ he literally messes up ramen noodles😂
@Kate I’m going to definitely have him do that! Thank you ☺️
@🐾 AliCat🇵🇭🐾 exactly! I’m always going all out for him! And it just seems as if his efforts are not there! And I’m tired of it😮💨
🤣 Awww man.
Omg he’s so wrong for trying to make it Saturday. Have the best Galentines and get yourself a gift hun 💗
@Jennifer thank you ☺️ and I will definitely buy myself a gift! Thank you for telling me that 🥰
You are not wrong, he should put more effort. My man does the same thing I’m to the point throw the whole man away. Men go hard for what they truly want.
So he’s going to fuck up a holiday that’s the same date every year and emotionally manipulate you for having previous plans with friends?!? You need to throw the whole man away!
No. He’s very wrong and wasn’t prepared. Why should your plans with friends have to suffer on account of his slacking?
