Hopefully he doesn’t say u hit him in school as that would get u into trouble , I do advice u make a video of him saying these things, to be on d safe side
@Anna a bit of a relief to know we're not alone I suppose. Hopefully someone can advise us how to steer away from this. I ask him nicely to not say it and that it's unkind. I also explained as best I could what that would mean and he says he wouldn't want us to be gone forever. But he's also laughing sometimes after he's said it
@Jenny oh god I didn't even think of that. Literally I'm at my wits end. We're doing our best to gentle parent. He's been through a lot at the end of last year as we had to spend two weeks in hospital with our second child cos she was sick with an infection and it definitely affected him. He was with grandparents but still missed us and it was a long time. Hard for him to process I guess.
I think maybe try to not acknowledge it at the time he is angry. Wait until he's calmed down and ask him how he would feel if that was said to him. Good luck x
I would go talk to ur Doctor
Following as mine keeps saying the same!
