Grieving

I had a ectopic pregnancy back in October, I feel like only now I properly grieving and processing it all, just thinking about how different this year would of been and the milestones we would of had like scans and things like that. Did anyone else feel this way a couple of months after? Just feel so lost and alone.

I also had an ectopic in October and have the same thoughts most days, about how life would be so different, what that baby would be like, I think it’s a long and hard process with ups and downs but just need to stay strong❤️

I’m so sorry for your loss, yes I feel like this such a rollercoaster, just not getting any enjoyment out of anything just been having this emotional and up and down outburst. It’s so difficult to see the light at the end of the tunnel at the moment but I’m sure as time goes on it will get easier. ❤️

I totally get you and it’s hard to find people to relate to how you’re feeling, I also feel like since after my ectopic around my period time my hormones and mood swings are so much worse! Not sure if it’s just me or related to the ectopic changing my cycle😂 but I’m sure with time things do get better xx

Don't feel like you need to be over it. You don't. Mine would be due next week and it's taken until now to feel less devastated. It does get easier with time but October really was a few weeks ago. Sorry sis

What you’re feeling and experiencing is totally normal, there is not one way to grieve and there’s no time limit. This is still so raw for you so please be kind to yourself 🩷 I had an ectopic in May last year and am now 25 weeks pregnant and I feel I still grieve that first baby and my feelings are really complicated at times and can come out of nowhere. I think it’s something that I’ll always wonder about. X

Sorry you feel like this! I’m still feeling like this after my first miscarriage which was then followed by my ectopic pregnancy, the feeling is very valid, I wouldn’t say it ever goes but it gets easier x
