Are you washing everyday?
Rosemary oil
I use coconut oil weekly and biotin vitamins yet to start
So I’ve found you can’t really stop it unfortunately. You just need to try to encourage it to grow back quickly. I’ve been taking collagen which seems to be helping. But generally make sure you’re taking multivitamins as well especially if you’re breastfeeding

I got a flexibrush and started oiling x2 weekly and leave in oil every day. I still have some fall-out, but a lot less
I swear by Nioxin shampoo/conditioner/serum
What month are you? 3-6 months PP I SHED - but it all grew back. I remember thinking it wouldn’t - but it does 😍
Rosemary oil and shampoo bar helped me
My hairs finally in a good condition and probably thicker than it was pre-baby - tho probably because it's the first time I've properly looked after it. Heres some things I do: - Look after my scalp for hair growth. I got a specific tangle teezer for massaging and exfoliating your scalp - Use a scalp oil every day. Though there's some you can use as a weekly treatment so have a little browse. I use the Colour Wow one but there's plenty of decent ones on the market so just take a look around and look at the reviews - Hair mask once a week, and wash hair once a week - Avoid any heat on the hair. I'll only style it if there's an occasion, otherwise it's a slick back bun and plait. Always remember to use heat defence spray - I've stopped bleaching my hair now and go for a darker root - I had an iron deficiency during pregnancy and when I asked the GP about my hair loss (was visiting on a seperate matter) she said my iron could be low again so to start taking more. Also taking vitamins like collagen etc .x
Don’t have any recommendations but following bc I’m surprised I have any hair left 😩 x
