7 month old waking up every 3 hours in the night, help!!!

My son was sleeping about 7 hours straight from 4 months to 7 month. About a week ago he started waking up every 3 hours for a feed. I thought this would only last a few days but it’s been almost 2 weeks! Mama is tired! I’m not sure what’s happening! We have consistent night routine and he has Ben in solids for about a month. Please help!

Could it be teething? My son has been a solid sleeper and eater (solids) for a while, but this past week both have been terrible. Yesterday I finally saw his first tooth cutting through.

I am in the exact same situation! My girl has 2 teeth but they didn’t affect her sleep that much. We increased her bottles during the morning & evening which is helping … but

Just here to say the same thing :( mine won’t even get to 2 hrs sometimes , he wakes up screaming and tugs at his ears . I also noticed his cheeks were flushed so definitely teething. I gave him a small dose of Motrin because other teething stuff didn’t work and even with that he only got a 2-3 hrs stretch

Ours is the same wakes up every 2-3 hours! We are sleep training some days are good others not so good.

@Andrea which sleep training technique are you using ? I am still trying to find one that works for us!

Whats his nap situation like? What wake windows are you following? He may be ready for some more wake time during the day or to drop a nap. If you give me his schedule I can let you know what I think!

Same! Totally normal, I just feed him and put him back to bed. If it's less than three hours I have my husband put him to sleep or let him fuss a little

my baby has never slept longer than 2/3 hours at a time throughout the night 🫠 she did for like a week when she was a newborn but everyday since then has been constant wakes. i increased her bottle amount to 6 oz and she’s been waking up every 2/3 hours for a bottle and diaper change. her pediatrician mentioned sleep apnea or insomnia which is really scary because gorl sometimes i’d just like my sleep. im a single mom and live alone so it gets exhausting everyday but we do what we can.

@Maggie he has 3 naps a day. 2.5 hour wake windows. Trying to stretch them to 3 hours. And I’m only letting him nap 1.5 hours.

Our long stretches of 6,7 hours have also disappeared. 4-5 of we are lucky at first then 2-3. Always wants a bottle.. here to say I feel ya and I’m tired too 😂 club no sleep. I’m assuming it’s teething growing, his strong desire to crawl, his naps suck now too so who knows.

It might be his teething or just a sleep regression. If you’re sleep training, have you tried the ferber method?
