What were you doing when you experienced the pain? It may be that it pulled your core too much and that particular exercise is a no go (By no means a professional but I was in the gym in very very early labour, just adapted and changed my workouts to what i was still able to do)
@Jess was assault/air bike that brought it on, so in all honestly not one I’d be unhappy at missing out in the future!

I got what I thought was that at a similar time (26 weeks now) and I eased off for a few days. I’m still doing yoga and CrossFit around 3 times a week each and dog walk every day, obviously everyone is different so not giving medical advice here but mine went away x
