Sickness after having a baby

Alright yall. Maybe I’m just a little delulu since I haven’t had a cold since like October of ‘23 but is it just me or is getting sick way worse after having a baby? I had a sore throat Sunday night and by Monday morning I got checked at an express care and all the tests came back negative meaning I just have a cold but holy shit. I feel miserable. Felt drunk/dizzy to the max on Tuesday and Wednesday. By last night I felt like I could see the light at the end of the tunnel but sure enough I woke up with my son about an hour and a half ago and I feel like I have so much shit lodged in my throat and my nose is super stuffed up. I just wanna be done being sick yall🥲
