I have a bad relationship with food

I never used too. I don’t know what it is.. nothing sounds appetizing, when I eat I’m full off a bite or I honestly just start gagging. Idk if it’s PP or just plain depression/anxiety in the way. I want to eat, wish I wasn’t so put off with food.

Hmm your hormones could still be high and not balanced. U would try more fruit and veg vs. meat and fast food
