Some of my girlfriends swear by oatmeal cream pies!

Pumping/hand expressing/ latching every 2-3 hours will create a permanent increase in supply. If pumping make sure your flanges fit right. Latching… make sure baby has a good latch. BF shouldn’t hurt. If it does readjust. Temporary increase: Oatmeal Electrolyte drinks Lactation snacks/ supplements

My baby latches on better to one breast than the other. How many oz should I be pumping every 2-3 hours?

@Michelle my baby does too… it’s normal for them to have a preference. Definitely try out other positions… you may find one that better suits each side. We’re doing football hold for the left and side lying for the right. He also latches good laying on my tummy for both sides. At one week old my baby was eating 1-2oz every 2-3 hours..we’re using bottles for at night. I can’t say how much you SHOULD be pumping because everyone is different. I’ve had an oversupply since before my baby was born. My milk came in wayyyy too early and had to express to not get mastitis. Just take it one day at a time… as long as your baby is full there’s no need to worry about making a stash.

I’ve been eating Oreos, drinking body armor/liquid iv/and milk. Also milk flow drink mix (amazon) I pump 2-5 oz per breast depending on time of day. I pump about every 3-4 hours. For latching I use mam nipple shields because I have inverted nipples. We do bottles at night usually to give the nips a break since his latch is so strong

I take legendairy supplements also (Amazon)

@Haili thank you I appreciate all the help 😊

@Erin I will be trying these thank you! ☺️
