Yeah tried feeds at different times between 9pm- 1am ☹️
Mine started doing this since 3 days ago I believe. However last night he slept 6:30 pm - 5:00 am. So I guess it's not bad. However he has almost always 2 wake up for feeds at night. He has regular naps during the day. No clue why he started waking up so early as before it was about 8 am. Usually goes to sleep about 9 pm.
What time does he go to bed in the evening? And how do you respond to the 5am wake up?
I try to get him to go back to bed. He did in the past but when he cried non stop I'll feed him. He goes up to the next to me anytime between 9pm - 1am. We're trying to figure out the best time then set a routine. His feed before is dependent on whenever he wakes up that day as he eats every 3.5/4 hours
Is there a temperature drop in your house around that time maybe? Could you set a timer on your boiler to come on about 4:30? See if that works?
