Time your toddler gets up and time they go to bed?
Mine starts her day at 7am and goes to bed by 9pm or 10pm (actually asleep). An earlier bedtime before 9pm is not possible with my LO and by the time she’s actually asleep I’m too knackered to do anything else even though technically I CAN have some me time if I really wanted to, I just don’t because my body is ready to shut down by 9pm. The joys of having a low sleep needs child 😭

Oh gosh this is basically my son. Even though he wakes up around 7am for nursery Mondays to Thursday, he will still go to sleep around 10 pm (earliest is 9pm, never earlier than that) and I literally I’m so knackered by then that I just go to sleep

In a similar boat here. My little girl gets up at 6 and goes to bed around 9. I try to get up a bit early for my me time. 😅
