Trying to stop breastfeeding.
Hi queens! My son has just turned 3 years old and has never really liked the bottle has always turned to my boob & just seeing if anyone has any suggestions on how to stop breast feeding ): I’m so over it and I work full time my son still wants it. I don’t know what to do I’ve tried everything but chilli it’s not an option for me ( I’ve had people suggest chilli I said no way). Help a mama out. 🫶🏾 thank you in advance x

I’ve tried the band aids and it doesn’t last long he starts pulling onto my shirt and what’s a milk that would be good ? He doesn’t like full cream.
At 3 years old he is definitely old enough to understand if you just explain to him that he’s a big boy now and booby milk is for babies.

Cold turkey. Put bandaids over your nipples and tell him they are broken. Give open cups or straw/spill proof cup of choice of milk or water instead and still offer comfort/cuddles. At 3 years old there is no need to introduce a bottle.
