Pp Hair fall

Is anyone experiencing crazy hair fall pp? I am losing clumps of hair every day! Tried changing hair products but nothing seems to be working sadly. Have any of you experienced it? If so, what did you do to fix it! Thanks in advance!

Yes. The hair fallout is alot if your not expecting it but it is completely normal and nothing you can do to keep the luscious locks you gained during pregnancy. Its apart of the process with hormone changes and such. Indidnt anticipate it until the 6th month or so but here we are...

I’m 3.5 months in my postpartum and have started losing my hair A LOT for the past few weeks. When washing my hair, drying hair, playing with my baby, or feeding, I lose my hair every time and every where! The other day, I found my hair in a diaper lol I feel like I’m gonna be bold in a few months😇 I’ve been taking supplements but don’t think it’s making any differences. Maybe helping some degrees? I’ve started using hair serum - I’ll let you know if that helps.

I ended up cutting it real short so it’s less obvious for my eyes lol

Just about 4 month postpartum and I’m in the same boat with y’all! It became noticeable to me about 2-3 wks ago. I’m taking postnatal vitamins daily and going to continue to do so. But for what I’ve read is that it’s normal, eat nutritious meals and don’t yank at your hair and use less, if any heat when styling. I also read that you could use products for fine hair and those that add volume to help with the appearance. I have yet to try since I just read that a day or two ago. It’ll stop at some point. We just gotta hang in there ☺️

@Meg how funny! I found my long hair in my little guy’s diaper just the other day! 😂 definitely a new place!!

@Ellie I have thought of cutting it for this reason too! 🙃 I swear it’s more noticeable with longer hair so I have been looking at shorter styles.

Yea I feel bald lmao

Use rosemary oil or boil rosemary and use the water when you shower
