Vitamins. Anyone else using these?
I'm confused about the dose, I understood it to be 20ml a day but it's a 150ml bottle so pretty much a bottle a week. Have I misunderstood the dose?
Anyone know any better vitamins than these?

@Charlotte does it have to be given with something? I've been using once that had to be given with water so trying to give her something straight
Yeah so you put a teaspoon either in their milk or water/ any drink so we give it in her morning milk

I used the natures aid drops I buy them on amazon, they last about a month

@Lucy do you syringe this one?? Or put it in something? We have just bought it as can’t find the healthy start ones anywhere anymore, but haven’t tried it yet!
@Kirsty it’s one with a syringe straight in the mouth - my LO doesn’t love it tbh so will probs try looking for a different one at some point.
