When did everyone start working out again?

Hi moms! New momma here (1 week with our little angel) and I’m itching to get back to my workout routine. I did HIIT and Pilates workouts all throughout my pregnancy (Barry’s Bootcamp, reformer machine, etc) and am really hoping to be able to go back soon. When did everyone start feeling healthy and safe to start more vigorous exercises?

Hi Nikki, 2 months postpartum currently 💕 and like you, I love working out and was itching to do it again, but i encourage you. PLS don’t rush it, allow your body time to heal completely and slowly ease back into it. There are postpartum workouts on youtube and pinterest you can check out or I can send you!
