I liked pregnancy and postpartum tv, which is a channel on YouTube, I found it good when I was pregnant for strength training and Pilates - and it's free!

I use YouTuber nourish move love have dedicated 1st , 2nd and 3rd trimester workouts and she is often pregnant in the videos so really good!
