I'm still working through it, I find once you figure out your triggers try to stay away from it

I pray! I got to therapy and I joined a few mom support groups. I also try to write down my feelings. I push myself to take a hot shower and have a cup of tea. In the daytime I try to get some fresh air and walk. Lately I’ve become present and I allow the feelings and thoughts to come and I release them.

Praying! Listening to music Getting out of the house is MAJOR!! Getting on a low dose of zoloft

100% getting out of the house and getting some fresh air! Still trying to figure out fully coping with PPA but I’ve found that accepting my anxiety and letting myself do what I feel is best (usually being with baby or holding baby) relieves a lot of the stress

Still navigating through PPA but getting a good therapist has helped a lot

I’m in biweekly therapy. I also take a few medications to help with my anxiety and depression and adhd. So it’s a mix plus I’m in parenting class which has taught me to cope as well

I started a depression pill a month after the baby came, I’ve been extremely happy ever since 😀😀

Weekly therapy especially with someone who specializes in post partum stuff like Mavida Health. Started low dose Zoloft.
