Postpartum bleeding
My baby is 4 weeks old, and I just started bleeding again. I was relieved when it had mostly stopped, but now it’s back (period like). Is that normal? I had a vaginal delivery

In the same situation. I started bleeding again today. I did do longer walks the last three days so I was thinking it could have picked up due to that?

Yup! Mine was on and off for 4 weeks. If I had a busier day it'd pick up. I'm 6.5 weeks pp and still have light bleeding. Some days it's super light like basically nothing and some days it's a light period. I was told all normal....annoying right?
