Fitness when you have little time to yourself

Hello everyone. Just wondering how people do any kind of fitness when you have little to no time to yourself away from kids. I would love to do one of those sponsored walks where you walk a half marathon kinda thing or just even join up at a gym but I either can't justify the price for the amount of times I'd go to the gym or just the length of the walk is not ideal when you've got a toddler wanting to jump in and out of the buggy and walk at snails pace in the opposite direction 😅 would love to hear tips and thank you in advance ❤️

I do YouTube workouts when baby sleeps and jog if someone has the baby.

Oh yeh YouTube workouts is a good idea

I’ve just bought a walking pad! Yet to use, but I figured baby can go in the swing or sleep and I can march away with my headphones on. Might also put a walking video on YouTube to mix it up. I also really rate GrowWithJo on YouTube for fun cardio workouts

I did the couch to 5k. Used to do it late evening once my youngest was asleep.

That’s why I go gym when baby sleeping I go at 730 at night then come back at 10

I do YouTube videos when they’re around. Normally if they’re happy playing they won’t disturb me x
