Prenatal recommendations

What is a good prenatal that is not pills? Or multivitamins instead of prenatal that you have taken for pregnancy?!

I took SmartyPants vegan prenatal gummies (available at Costco). Definitely note that they don’t have iron in them (this is a plus for me but may be a negative for others). Also you have to take 4 gummies for a single serving - I never had a problem with this but I’ve heard that some people have a hard time with it if they have morning sickness.

@Tabitha yep I have tried those with my last pregnancy and I couldn’t do it because it’s 4 of them and that nausea was bad, I would wanna throw up. I think on one of them I tasted like the omega/fish oil.

Hmm. Maybe the vegan one would be better for you? I use that one because I can’t do fish oil and it uses flax seed oil as the omega source (which I was never able to taste). But I totally sympathize with the struggle. I hope you’re able to find a good option!

I swore by the Olly Prenatals. Only thing I could get down- tried like 12 different brands and I’d throw up within the hour. The Olly is a gummy- they’re not amazing but they’re kinda tasty.

@Tabitha maybe, I will have to give that one a try!!

@Sydney the oranges one ?
