Advice lower tummy pain

Hey guys , I’m currently 19 weeks pregnant with my second. Yesterday it was my daughter’s 2nd birthday so we went the zoo , was big day of walking round and I felt fine untill I got home in the evening. As soon as I got out the car I had a weird pain in my lower tummy to the right . When I walk it hurts quite bad ? I can’t feel it when I’m sitting but as soon as I stand up and walk , it’s low down sort of round my c section scar ( thought it’s not the scar that’s hurting ). It’s more internal if that makes sense ? Had any one had anything like this ? I didn’t with my first so just looking for some help . My lower back is killing to, but I have always had issues there and got worse with my past pregnancy. Don’t know if Iv just over done it but with only being 19 weeks walking all day has never been an issue before. Any advice welcome xx

I get this sometimes when I’ve overdone it. Built some chest of drawers a few weeks ago and was then in pain all evening 🤦‍♀️ also if I vacuum the whole house in one go I’ll end up in pain too! I’m getting old 😂

I've got a similar pain today 20w5d. Mine is the very bottom of my stomach and it's like a pulling/shooting pain. I've been quite worried about it, but it eased in the bath xx

Sounds like round ligament pain, I get it a lot, hurts more when you walk, maybe all the walking triggered it so maybe have a rest day if that’s even possible with a 2 year old as my nearly 2 year old doesn’t know the meaning of rest 🤣

I have something similar which the midwife thinks is pelvic girdle pain and I’ve been referred to physio. No danger to the baby just painful for me. Reason I say it sounds similar is I get it quite low down near my hips particularly on the right and my lower back and only when I try to stand up or walk around. Sometimes I can barely walk but it’s on and off so a couple of hours later I can be fine. Plus when it comes on if I’m seated not moving I can’t feel it at all. Might be something to look into if it keeps recurring

To add, I get it nearly every day for a few hours hence the referral. If it ends up being a one off you might have just over done it
