My daughter is almost 4 months, I do her last feed at 12am(ish) and she will sleep between 11-12hours most nights then. She wakes up sooner if I put her to bed earlier and it's better for us both to get sleep where we feel refreshed waking up. I'd say keep doing whatever works for you and your baby x
We get the curtains open and start the ‘day’ at 7:30-8am, huckleberry sweet spots are usually pretty accurate for her naps and then she starts her final sleep at about 9-10pm (and we are very lucky that she now sleeps through to the morning most nights)
Daytime don’t really have one but the feeds are normally the same time Night time every other day is bath about 5ish, bottle straight after the bed about 6 ish but the other days I don’t bath I just feed 5:30ish then bed around the same time at 6 and she sleeps till 12/1am then to 6:30/7:30 x
We start the day around 7/7:30am which consists of a bottle, get ready for the day and a little play. By 8:30am he is having a nap for around an hour. After that there's no set routine but it's normally feeds every 3/4 hours and he will nap as and when. The nighttime routine starts at 7pm... which is a bath, story and feed then he is in bed by 8:30 at the latest. He now sleeps through most nights until the morning xx
My girl wakes around 9/10am, feeds around 20 minutes after waking. We go for a walk 11am/12 for an hour where she’ll sleep on the way home, once she wakes she’ll feed. Feed again 3/4pm (ish) Nap 3/4pm for around 1.5/2 hours. Bath 7:30/8pm. Bottle and bed 8/9pm. She’ll sleep 12 hours with 1 feed anywhere between 2-5am
Daytime we don't have much of a routine yet but I'm working on it with him, it's hard rn as he's teething. We do have a bedtime routine though, bath, pyjamas, feed and bed asleep by 7.30 so right now he's having his feed dozing off. He will sleep for atleast 4 hours, had occasional 5s the last couple of weeks and last night he only woke once for the first time ever 🙌🏻
