Postpartum hair loss!!
My baby’s just turned 4 months last week and I’ve been having consistent hair loss for about a month now. I’ve lost big patches at the front and am worried it’ll never end 😫 sick of finding hair on absolutely everything I wear, touch, sit on and all over my little boy. Anyone else going through this or when will it stop?!

Same 😭 it’s been going on since 6 weeks postpartum and it just keeps falling out! From experience, it does stop and it does grow back x
YES oh my god I dread washing my hair with how much falls out 🤣 I’ve bought some bits and bobs but I guess it’s pretty much hormonal and guess out of our control, hoping it settles down soon 🤞🏼

Yes! Mine started at the three months mark and most of the girls in my bump and baby group are going through the same too. I had the same thing a year ago three months after I got really sick. It’s called Telogen Effluvium and happens around 3-4 months after giving birth - it’s scary how much hair falls out BUT I will say even if it feels like it won’t, don’t stress too much about it cause it does just all grow back because it’s just a bunch of your hair shifting to a shedding phase early! It can take over 6months to resolve itself but it is temporary!! I will say though when it starts growing back - the baby hair stage was quite hard to manage 😅
