Your milk has not regulated yet. You should absolutely be able to pump/feed every 3 hours to increase supply. A suggestion would be to breastfeed, after breastfeeding, pump. You can also top up bub with a bottle of formula If you give her formula most of the time, your supply will go down.

It happens all the time where mum thinks their milk is not enough and they formula feed Breastmilk is supply and demand, if you feed formula and sometimes bf then your milk will go down. I’d breastfeed/pump and sometimes ff then your supply will increase.

What pump u recommend? I’ve got Mandela- but looking for electric one so can go about my day. Thanks for ur advices- will start pumping every 3hrs plus bf majority of time.
