I took Pregnacare at the start of my last pregnancy, and found that they seemed to make my morning sickness worse (never mind the tablet is massive!). My friend recommended the Bassetts vitamins Pregnancy Gummies. Much better and a tasty treat 😉
I have just ordered Wild Nutrition - heard lots of good things!
The only supplements you need according to the NHS are folic acid until 12 weeks and vitamin D if it is between September and March due to the lack of sun. I was on pregnacare before, but I was told by a doctor that as long as I have a balanced diet , I don't need other supplements unless otherwise advised x
