Are you all supplementing your babies with Vitamin D drops? My pediatrician hasn’t said anything about it but I gave drops to my first kid

Yes - the hospital gave them to us
Yes if breastfeeding/breastmilk no if using formula or supplementing with formula.
Yes. They had on discharge paper but never mentioned to us so we didn’t for like first week. But we brought it up to them and said please do supplement so ever since we have been!
My ped has us do it after the first visit, I was doing 50/50 formula breast milk so we also are doing an iron supplement
I heard it’s better to just take vitamin d yourself and that will transfer to baby if breastfeeding
I am at my pediatrician’s recommendation.
