Trying to keep active which is hard as work is exhausting so try to do something at the weekend. Today did a 6km walk (mainly flat) and it’s wiped me out for the rest of the day! How’s everyone’s activity levels? I’m 32 weeks on Tuesday.
I'm 31+1, I aim to do at least 10mins of walking or labour prep stretches every day and honestly some days I'm too tired to even do that. I'm often either mentally exhausted from work or at the weekends I'm pretty active with cleaning and errands etc.
If you're feeling anything like I am, I'm not surprised a 6k walk wore you out! But great job keeping active x
That makes me feel better! I don’t do anything all week apart from work- that’s more than enough 😂
30w+4, still hitting 7-10k steps daily and working out (weights) 3x a week. But, I am working from home!
