How does your LO tolerate spice?

@Emmo not too badly! I have only made him butter chicken curries so far, this was his first tikka masala and I did make it mild. He enjoyed it! There were a couple of spoonfuls where he scrunched his nose a bit so not sure if that was the spice taking effect? As you can see, I added a lot of cream so I was worried about it 😂

@Holly I worry about spicy food because my LO always rubs her eyes during meals
