Routine/nap and bedtime

So my little one is four months old and we do a baby led routine during the day following his sleep cues for naps, then a bedtime routine with dinner, pjs and a story and settle down to watch lullabies by 7. When and how did everyone get their babies into a bit of a more predictable and stricter routine including when did you let your baby nap upstairs alone and go to bed alone.

Still haven’t at 16 weeks🤣 I just go with the flow

Routine is non existent for me 😭 his cues seem the same for hunger, teething and sleep so I’m at a loss.

My baby is just over 3 months old. At the moment we just have a baby led routine like yourselves, he tells us when he’s tired & tells us when he’s hungry. We’ve been doing this for bedtime too. Ideally we try to do bath bottle and bed, sometimes it works sometimes it doesn’t. At the moment he goes to bed between 8-9pm. If we are home during the day then I put him into his next to me for a nap and I watch him on the monitor (soon I’m going to start putting him in his own room for naps to get used to the bigger cot, but still keep him next to me until he is 6 months) occasionally if we do put him to sleep before 9pm then again I’ll put him up on his own and watch him on the monitor. I wouldn’t stress too much everyone and every baby is different, just do what works for you guys xx
