I was told with breast milk you don’t think or look at the numbers as it’s more filling it’s completely demand baby will tell you when they want it and when they’ve had enough! But for feeding I believe it’s 120ml per every kilo of weight plus the odd. Breast milk is not done via numbers as when baby is on the breast you wouldn’t know how much they’ve taken?
