Post partum hair loss !

I know many of us are going through postpartum hair loss. Just two days of using the ordinary, multi peptide hair serum and brushing my hair with a mason Pearson hairbrush and this area, which was completely bald is starting to have growth! What are people doing for their hair loss?

You’re not alone it just started with me :( taking biotin idk if it helps at all!

@Mella really??

@Kimberly I’ve heard good things about biotin. Hope it helps!!

Check your thyroid levels as well. I loss almost all my hair at 2 months pp n my mom noticed my neck swelled up n I told my doc n he tested n it came back positive for low thyroid which causes hair loss. So my post partum hair loss was worse.

Two years later and my edges are finally growing back BUT I’m pregnant again so😭😭😭

@Kaylis thanks for the tip

@Nky omg I’m sorry but also congrats?!

I got a generic brand biotin and collagen shampoo and conditioner and I feel like my hair has been healthier since I started using them about a month ago. I've been slowly losing thickness in my hair since I had my first baby 3 years ago. My mom also started losing hair and thickness when she had her first baby over 30 years ago and last year she started monoxidil and her hair is growing back, and thicker too! She takes the pill form. I know the hair foam version is extremely deadly to cats to even be around (possibly dogs? I just know cats for sure)

@Maria I just stir it into my first coffee of the day xx https://www.bulk.com/uk/products/collagen-vitamin-c/bpb-coll-vitc?view=ppc&o=MTc4LTMyLDE3OS02OQ==&utm_source=google&utm_medium=cpc&utm_id=21579010237&gad_source=1&gbraid=0AAAAADuWRUndJQp-x7L0L32-brVXzo-B8&gclid=Cj0KCQjwm7q-BhDRARIsACD6-fXHxKgITrM9vxg4F3YH5YWBquuPMoRnPx0LkZ3Qt72LiJBZ9sq84VUaAprZEALw_wcB

You have to keep taking your prenatal vitamins after birth. It helps.

@Maria also forgot to mention saw the other comment about getting your thyroid checked. I was also diagnosed with under active thyroid a couple months after giving birth so now on medication daily , might be worth just getting it checked incase it’s contributing too xx

@Jenny-Rose yes just a little add it to a little oil let it sit and dry then rinse out

@Tawanna Swan both, it's called golden milk for a reason
