Increase supply

I currently produce just enough milk to feed my 5 month old and don’t get anything when pumping even if he’s missed a feed and had a bottle. Has anyone else been in this situation and been able to increase the amount they can pump?

Do you know if you have the right size flanges? I wasn't getting anything until I switched to smaller sizes.

Have you tried flange inserts? There are kits on Amazon where you can measure your nipples to make sure you have the right size flange inserts. Inserts have been a game changer for me.

Haaka & nurse baby on demand as often as possible. It’ll tell your body it needs to start producing more even if they are just suckling for comfort.

I’m pretty sure I have the right inserts, I have 15mm but tbh sometimes my nipple goes white after pumping so maybe I’m wrong but I don’t know how to measure it properly. I did used to get a few ounces when pumping but now it’s nothing and I daren’t pump the other side while feeding in case it takes away the milk he needs as he always feeds equally from both sides
