Pumping minimal

Hii, so I ebf my 11 week old, I have been pumping in attempts to give 1 bottle a day to allow me to start the gym. I find I get 4oz in morning but the rest of the day when I pump I get about 0.5oz, I'm worried my little one isn't getting enough as she cries alot too i thought it was wind but now im worried shes hungry, any advice?

Pumping alongside exclusively breastfeeding the average output is as little as 0.5-2oz so that’s about right :) As long as baby is gaining weight and having plenty of wet nappies all is fine supply wise x

An overall happy baby with minimum 4 wet diapers is ok. An overall fussy baby with 4 wet diapers could be a sign. As well as pulling on the nipple. Your supply is about to regulate so don't lose too much weight too quickly or it will affect your supply. To get milk up latch, hydrate and calories. As for quantity mornings are usually 4oz the biggest about and .5 in the evenings. Again to get it up latch more and make sure you're hydrated and eating enough. Good luck mama
