Do you think you know when someone doesn't love you anymore

I don’t think it’s someone doesn’t love you anymore. I wanna say it’s hormones. I went through this and still am. I called off my wedding based on my hormones and the next day he told me he loves me but now sees that I clearly need space. You can always ask your partner what’s going on
