I waited 2 weeks after a c section

I had episiotomy stitches and waited 4 weeks , you'll just know when you're ready !

@Mae Reid I’m 4 weeks pp now and o had an episiotomy and I feel ready to but I just don’t know what to expect really like is it gonna hurt or did it just feel normal? x

didn't hurt at all for me but everyone heals different, if you have any pain you need to stop asap! any discomfort that isn't usual will let you know :)

I think 3 or 4 weeks? Took it more gentle and worked up from there. As others say just when you feel comfortable and able too. I had a c-section if that helps haha xxx

I waited 11 days after my c section xx

I had an episiotomy & a 2nd degree tear and waited 2 weeks, I’d say just go by whenever you feel ready!X

i waited about 6/7 days after my c-section 😅

I did it the day after my C section because I’m a silly billy and probably ruined my insides in the process 🙄🫠 there was abit of stinging from the inside but I just took it slow the first few times whilst I was healing xx

you’re supposed to wait 6 weeks not because of the pain, but because of the risk of infection. you have a huge wound inside of you that needs to heal. it’s not worth the risk
