What's helping fatigue

I am exhausted. I have PCOS so awful fatigue has played a big part in my life for years. But now I feel like I'm finding it even harder. Getting up and dressed feels like a mountain and can't try to boost with caffeine. Work don't know yet (but WFH) so I feel like I am making excuses for tiredness, not being on the ball and forgetful. Any tips for tiredness that's not napping

I feel the same. I honestly feel like I have less energy when I’m WFH. If I get out and work from a cafe or something I’m much more distracted and don’t have the sofa (or bed!) calling!

I’m sorry I don’t have any advice, I’m totally in the same boat (PCOS and all!) and I ended up telling my manager early because of how bad the tiredness was affecting my work - she’s been amazing (she’s also pregnant!) and really understanding and then outside of work I’m just asleep to try and help - everyone says the first trimester is the worst for tiredness so I’m hoping it’ll pass at some point!

I feel the same. Also have psoc (though I didn't know it can contribute to tiredness!). WFH is the worst for me, I just can't focus for a long time. Office days make me more focused. The most difficult part is to start, but then once you enter the "flow state" it helps to finish stuff. I really hope we get our energy back soon X
