Vit D supplement
How much Vit D supplement you give to your LO ? My HV adviced me to give 1 drop daily when my baby was from 1 weeks old . Now she is 4.5 months and I am thinking if I need to increase the dosage . I will check also with HV again . Ps : I use well baby Vit D drops at the moment . Any other please suggest

It’s 2x 5ml a day. You can put it straight in their mouth or in a bottle
