Dried blood

My lo had a little bit of dried blood in her wet nappy when I was changing her is this something to be concerned about she has normal wet and dirty nappies and she’s drinking okay and acting normal.

How old is she? Babies can have a pseudo period when born which is brief, but can explain blood in nappies.

@Laurel she’s 6 months- could it be constipation as I’m weaning her

Yes wouldn't be that then. It's only in newborns
