Pain

So I'm due in August and we are having a boy, he is sitting really low and I have been having some left side inner upper thigh and pelvic pain. My doctor says it's just from growing ( but i don't think it is) it's constant and my growth pain with my daughter wasn't. Does anyone have any ideas on what could help with it? It's getting hard to sleep at night or even get out of bed. I watch our Daughter throughout the day when my husband works so I need to be able to move around.

My OB showed me some stretches that really helped! Lay on your back, have your partner put his hands in fists between your knees and then squeeze his hands together as hard as you can with your knees, then have him put his hands in fists on the outside of your knees and try to push his hands apart with your knees, it helps soooo much! That, hot baths, heating pads, and tylenol were my best friends for my constant growth pains with my twins!

Had this too with both of my pregnancies. Pelvic PT was great. Adductor stretching really helped as well as the exercise mentioned already. Nothing made it go away completely except baby being born though.

@Kylee Tylenol does absolutely nothing for me I took it as a kid too much for migraines and it doesn't work now, I will try the stretches and heating pad tho!!!

So true tylenol is ass but I just kept telling myself it was helping 🤣🤣

Do you have a belly band

Yea. Carrying boys is definitely from girls im due with my son any day now and he’s be low since he was out in there lol. I have growing pains all through this pregnancy but my girls easy peasy

@Shemi I don't have a belly band I can never find them. See even with my daughter I had this pain they keep saying it's growing pain but I don't believe them because it is so consistent and I have it every day.
