Why is my 3 yr old such a butthead? She refuses to eat her dinner, fights me about picking up her toys, and goes over my head to get extra screeen time (grama gives in). She's about to be 4. Is it too much to hope that she starts acting better?

Dealing with the same thing. Everyone says it will get better when they turn about 5 years old.
My 3 year old doesn't listen at all. I think it might be a hard age for them but it's so hard for us too. I hope it gets better too. I stay overwhelmed.

I thought it was only my daughter haha mine is so emotional, talks back, if I say no she goes to her dad and lies to him saying I said yes (btw I let him know what I said) lol gosh this stage is hard.
I think that it’s just this age. Mine was the sweetest baby. Now as an almost preschooler, he’s done a 180.
