okay touchy subject maybe.

my baby is 2 weeks old. and he sleeps in his bassinet everynight. he is breastfed and i have a really fast let down and feel like he has reflux. at night in his bassinet he is very squirmy and very nasally (breathing ) but sleep a whole two hours bc i need to feed. he does that two to three times at night. last feed i let him sleep on my husband! yes i know😭. like a contact nap! except my husband can sleep on his back without moving for the whole entire night. When my son contact sleeps with him he also is super peaceful which his smart sock shows. he doesnt have breathing and nasally sounds and he can sleep a whole three hours,if my boobies let me lol😭. its his best sleep and he doesn’t ever move his head or anything. my question is does he sleep better because he is elevated and does anyone sleep like this/ co sleep? Not looking to be attacked just trying to figure out whats best for me and babes! also tell me what works for your bf reflux baby

It could be a number of things but if his head is slightly raised when your husband is contact napping with your baby that could be helping him breathe better and is more comfortable and soothed. My son was the same way and I put a slight incline under his crib mattress and it helped A LOT.
