Baby’s cry has changed from normal crying to screaming - what could be the reason?

My baby does this sometimes and whenever he’s around anyone he worries them to death lol, he gets diagnosed with all sorts by family but I think he is just a dramatic baby at times 😂 we’ve been to the doctors and been told he’s fine he just seems to have found his voice, which we soon noticed was the case as he has began screaming day and night lol
My little boy started this Saturday! All of a sudden went from his usual cry to screaming it’s horrible! I think it’s just another fun development change 😂😂😂
I think it’s definitely normal, my little girls began to get slightly clingy and sometimes if I leave the room she absolutely goes hysterical screaming as if someone’s murdering her until I come and pick her up and then she’s absolutely fine 😂
Possibly teething?
