Advice

10weeks pregnant. For weeks now I've expressed i do not feel okay. I feel empty and alone. I want to think it's just the hormones and that this will go away. I been crying every day for the past two weeks and it kills me every time my son sees me like this. Im in bed rest because i have a high risk pregnancy. I cant talk to noone about it because they make me feel guilty like if this is my fault.

Oh mama I’m so so sorry nothing at all is your fault 🥹💖 don’t forget baby can feel you cry maybe try focusing on some shows or movies binge watching can help distract especially on bed rest i know it’s not much but the little things hopefully help or maybe a lil active game you and your son can play on the tv or phone/tablet. I really hope everything gets better very soon 🫶🏽🫶🏽🫶🏽

It is not your fault. Please do not think that. Pregnancy is hard. You are busy growing another life. It sounds to be that you are having a bit of depression. Perhaps there is someone you can talk to; a professional. I dont know where you live, but Im in the UK. Here we have the samaritans and mind. Or perhaps see if your doctor can point you in the right direction. In the meantime focus on you and your son. Spend 5 mins a day watching him play, and 5 mins singing with him. If you can, try to get outside too. Fresh air and sunshine can do wonders for the mood. Here if you want to chat more xxx

I’m really sorry you’re feeling this way. Pregnancy, especially a high-risk one, can be incredibly tough both physically and emotionally. You’re not alone in this, and your feelings are valid it’s not just hormones. It sounds like you may be experiencing prenatal depression, which is more common than people realize. Please don’t feel guilty or let anyone make you feel like this is your fault. You’re doing your best, and being on bed rest adds another layer of difficulty. If you haven’t already, I really encourage you to talk to a doctor or therapist who can support you through this. Even small things, like listening to calming music, journaling, or connecting with supportive people (even online), might help ease the weight a little. You’re strong, and you deserve support just as much as your baby does.

Same I’m also 10 weeks I feel the same way

Do you want to talk since we both are going through the same thing ?

@Cali i would love that
