Healthy snack suggestions

What are you snacking on? I find that I’m hungry all the time and always wanting the wrong things

I now keep a jar of lightly salted mixed nuts and follow with glass of warm water. Can only eat about 4- 5 nuts at one time

Apparently dried apricots are good or just dried fruit in general

Cheese and crackers, yoghurt, fruit, nuts, soreen loaf, veggies and houmous, dried fruit :)
